Mosport Race Report | 28.07.08 | 12.40
For the third round of the Skip Barber National Championship, Chris headed to Mosport in hopes of achieving further success after finishing fourth and sixth at the previous round.

In the official practice session Chris was able to post the seventh fastest time out of the 20 cars confirmed. This was a positive way to start the weekend, with Chris aiming for things to progress from there throughout the weekend. With the usual order of things, qualifying was next with Chris setting the third fastest time of the 20 competitors for the first race, just 0.3 seconds off of pole position.

Throughout race one, Chris occupied fourth place for basically the entire race, however on the last lap, one of his rivals made a wrong move, resulting in both of them being pushed wide. Due to running off the track they were both passed by a number of cars, meaning Chris was left to finish 10th. A disappointing result after what could have been a prosperous race.

Qualifying for race two was not as strong as race one for Chris, with him starting from 10th on the grid. During the race he picked up a bit of damage on his front wing, meaning his car just didn't pull up the straight. As a result he dropped back to 13th position by the end of an action packed race. Once again, Chris had the pace but unfortunately endured another unlucky weekend.
